From Our Hands to Yours

Every order at Ester & Salt Co. is made with intention—wrapped, labeled, and shipped by hand from our little studio to your home. Whether it’s a bar of soap, a candle, or a card that made you laugh out loud—we want you to love what you receive.

📦 Shipping

  • Flat Rate: $7 shipping on all U.S. orders under $75
  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied on orders $75+

We currently ship to U.S. addresses using USPS and UPS, and all shipping options are calculated at checkout.

Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your order before it ships. We move at a handmade pace—and we promise it’s worth the wait.

🚚 Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking to update once the label is created.

📬 Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your package is scanned by USPS or UPS, it’s in their care.
We aren’t able to replace or refund packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during shipping. However, we offer optional third-party shipping insurance at checkout for added peace of mind—and we recommend selecting it for valuable or time-sensitive orders.

If something goes sideways, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll help however we can.

🔁 Returns & Order Issues

We pour a lot of love into everything we make—and because of the personal nature of bath, body, and home products, we do not accept returns.

If something’s not quite right with your order—please let us know. We want to make it right.

🌿 Handmade = One of a Kind

All of our products are made in small batches by hand. That means no two will ever look exactly alike—and that’s the charm. Your soap, candle, or card may have slight variations from what’s pictured online, but never in care or quality.

⚠️ Allergy Notice

Our cold process soaps and soy candles include natural ingredients, essential oils, fragrance oils, and botanical elements. If you have skin or scent sensitivities, we recommend reading the full ingredients list and testing a small patch first. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

⚠️ Product Use & Safety

  • Candles: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, and flammable surfaces.
  • Soap & Bath Products: For external use only. Not edible (no matter how good they smell).
  • All Products: Store in a cool, dry place and use within a reasonable time frame for best results.
